Refund policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued by Bony's Motorcycle. Refunds are processed only after a return request has been approved and, where applicable, the returned item has been received and inspected in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not automatic.
A refund will only be issued after:
- The return request has been submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved in writing by our support team.
- The item has been received by our team, when a physical return is required.
- The item passes inspection and meets the return eligibility requirements outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.
3. Refund Method
Once a return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In some cases, and only if agreed by email, a store voucher of equal value may be offered as an alternative resolution.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within up to 5 business days after inspection and confirmation.
After processing, the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional business days according to their policies.
5. Partial Refunds
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, including visible signs of use, missing components, missing tags, damaged packaging not caused by transit, or other failure to meet eligibility conditions, Bony's Motorcycle may:
- Issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the product value, or
- Decline the refund and return the item to the customer at the customer's expense.
6. Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind or size-related returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Bony's Motorcycle.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable or arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
8. Lost Orders in Transit
If an order is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will offer either:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to the original payment method.
9. Taxes, Duties, and International Orders
Any taxes included in the product price will be refunded proportionally to the approved refunded amount.
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by destination countries are not refundable, as these are charged by local authorities and are outside our control.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
